Rentals - Collingwood Neighbourhood House

We have a number of rooms at both our Joyce St. and Annex locations that we rent out to members of the public.

Rates are affordable and CNH also offers a discount to Renfrew-Collingwood residents and registered non-profit organizations. Free underground parking is available at both sites.

Main Site (5288 Joyce St)

CNH has a variety of rooms for rent at the main location on 5288 Joyce St. Meeting rooms, a kitchen and a gym available to rent for large and small functions. The multi-purpose rooms seat up to 100 people; the gym seats up to 200.

Free underground parking is available, and the site is two blocks away from Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain Station.

CNH Joyce Room Information

Room	Description
Multipurpose room 1,500 square feet	Featuring a full-length mirrored wall, this room has capacity for 100 people and can be configured for large parties, meetings or recreation activities. The room can be divided in half into 750 square feet per side; one half can also be rented.
Program Room 732 square feet	This natural light-filled room can be configured for small parties, meetings or recreational activities. The room can be divided in half if needed.
Gym 6,500 square feet	With a sprung floor, the gym is suitable for large parties, celebrations or recreational activities. Gym equipment can be rented at an additional cost and the gym can be divided into 3,250 square feet per side.
Family Place 1,300 square feet	Featuring soft lighting, sofas and a kitchenette, this room is suitable for meetings or small parties.
Kitchen 500 square feet	Our kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is available for reheating food and preparing food.
Staff Lounge	Featuring sofas and children-sized tables and chairs, this room is suitable for small parties or meetings.

CNH Annex (3690 Vanness Ave)

The CNH Annex, opened in 2018, is a fully wheelchair accessible community space at 3690 Vanness Avenue. Multi-purpose rooms are available for parties, performances, meetings and more; 2,700, 1,700 and 1,000 square feet. It also has a commercial-grade kitchen and an art studio for rent.

The Annex is four blocks from Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain Station and has free underground parking.

CNH Annex Room Information

Room	Description
Multipurpose Room 2,700 square feet	This bright room features a 14-foot high ceiling, high windows and glass doors, and a sprung floor. The room is perfect for large meetings or gatherings, celebrations and formal parties. The room can be divided into a 1000-square-foot room and a 1700-square-foot room. A sound system, projector and sound equipment are available to rent for an additional cost.
Commercial Kitchen 950 square feet	The kitchen features both a commercial and a standard stove, plenty of work and counter space, and an accessible layout. This space is ideal for everything from cooking workshops to banquet-sized meal preparation. The kitchen is available for food preparation and reheating food.
Arts Room 625 square feet	This multi-use room is designed for art-making and features high and low tables, countertops and a large stainless steel scullery sink with a clay trap for art projects. Access to reusable arts equipment (i.e. drying rack, paper cutter) are available upon request. Also suitable for meetings and workshops.
