You will provide a supported shopping service to those who are 55+ residing in the Renfrew-Collingwood Neighbourhood and surrounding area. Volunteers call a senior, take their grocery order, and engage with them over the phone.

| Program Description: The Grocery Shopping Program provides a supported shopping service to those who are 55+ residing in the Renfrew-Collingwood Neighbourhood and surrounding area. A group of dedicated volunteers will call a senior, take their order, and engage with them over the phone. Once the orders are taken, a driver will deliver them right to the senior’s door! Order taking occurs every Monday or Tuesday, and deliveries are made on Wednesday and Thursday with groceries freshly picked from Save-On-Foods. With the support of this program, seniors are able to live independently at home while receiving grocery deliveries to their door. | |
