Main Site (5288 Joyce St)

CNH has various rooms available to rent at our main site at 5288 Joyce St. Meeting rooms and a gym are available to rent for large and small functions.

Free underground parking is available, and the site is two blocks away from Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain Station.

Available Rooms

Multi-Purpose Room — Full (1,392 sq. feet)

Featuring a full-length mirrored wall, this room has the capacity for 60 people and can be configured for large parties, meetings or recreation activities.

• Available at $75/hr for meetings without food (min. 2 hours) or $85/hr for functions (min. 4 hours)
• Available Saturdays, 3-7 pm (not available from March to May)
• Max. 60 people

Program Room — Full (732 sq. feet)

This natural light-filled room can be configured for small parties, meetings or recreational activities.

• $70/hr (meetings) or $80/hr (functions)
• Available Saturdays, 9 am-1 pm
• Max. 25 people

Gym — Half (3,120 sq. feet)

With a sprung floor, the gym is suitable for large parties, celebrations or recreational activities. Gym equipment can be rented at an additional cost of $10/hr (badminton, volleyball, soccer).

• Available at $80/hr for sports (min. 2 hours) on Sundays, 5-8 pm
• Available at $170/hr for functions (min. 5 hours) on Sundays, 1-8 pm
• Max. 25 people (sports) or 100 people (functions)

CNH Annex (3690 Vanness Ave)

Opened in 2018, the CNH Annex is a fully wheelchair-accessible community space at 3690 Vanness Ave. Our multi-purpose and art rooms are available for parties, performances, meetings and more.

The Annex is four blocks from Joyce-Collingwood SkyTrain Station and has free underground parking.

Available Rooms

Multi-Purpose Room — Full (2,700 sq. feet)

This bright room features a 14-foot high ceiling, high windows and glass doors, and a sprung floor. The room is perfect for large meetings or gatherings, celebrations and formal parties. A sound system, projector and sound equipment are available to rent for an additional cost.

• Available at $90/hr for dance/fitness on Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 am-1 pm
• Available at $170/hr for functions (min. 5 hours) in Summer and December on Saturdays, 9 am-5 pm
• Max. 35 people based on dance style or 75 people for functions

Art Room — Full (625 sq. feet)

This multi-use room is designed for art-making and features high and low tables, countertops and a large stainless steel scullery sink with a clay trap for art projects. Access to reusable arts equipment (i.e. drying rack, paper cutter) are available upon request. Also suitable for meetings and workshops.

• $90/hr for meetings, classes etc.
• Available Mondays, 1-8 pm, with additional availability in the summer on Saturdays, 9 am-5 pm
