Renfrew-Collingwood Artists Network (RCAN) 

Creative people of all ages and backgrounds share their artistic and cultural skills and talents with each other and the neighbourhood. Make Your Mark – Sketching and Art Skill Share

In this free drop-in program, participants work on their own project, learn from, and share skills with other artists. Teaching tips and supplies provided for sketching, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, embroidery, simple sewing, craft- making, and more.

Collingwood Days – July 14-23, 2023

A week of art, festivities, and performances celebrating the creative diversity of the people of Renfrew-Collingwood. Local artists share their talents and culture with their neighbours through performances, art shows, storytelling and cultural-historic presentations of all kinds.

Breathing Life Back

Breathing Life Back recognizes the necessity of listening to the wisdom of Indigenous peoples. We are taking leadership from Indigenous peoples in the planning and participation in a series of events, ceremonies, and workshops held for community members and partners.

Pumpkin Festival

Celebrate Halloween at CNH’s Pumpkin Festival in late October. Design and carve your own unique pumpkin. Pumpkins and carving tools are provided. Activities are by donation. For more information, email Yoko Tomita at
