We believe that food is a human right, and that the “right to food” means much more than meeting basic nutritional requirements. We help bring neighbours together to find solutions to issues like hunger and isolation in our community. By gathering around food – growing it, cooking it, and sharing it – neighbours of many different backgrounds, ages, and perspectives meet each other. Join us twice a month for Community Kitchen! Cook with fresh ingredients alongside your neighbours and enjoy a healthy meal together. Interested in sharing a recipe? We’d love to learn from you. Free childminding available upon request.
Dates & Times: Second Friday (2:00-5:00pm) and last Wednesday (5:30-8:30pm) of every month (registration required)

Enjoy our popular low-cost, nutritious, and tasty lunches. This is an opportunity to visit with friends, try new foods, and meet people of all ages. Come drop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays for lunch!
Dates & Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00-1:00 pm
Cost: $7 (Adults) / $6 (Seniors) / $5 (Students) / $3.25 (Children 12 and under)

We offer a variety of food skills workshops throughout the year. Learn how to make pickles and preserves, kimchi, fresh bread and more!
