Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm – no class on April 12th & 19th

Yoga & Movement Therapy offers practitioners a gentle movement experience that is accessible, holistic and trauma-informed. You can expect to mindfully move and learn to better listen to your own body; release tensions, stresses, and prevent burnouts.

Following the modalities of ancient sciences [Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine], Instructor & Health Scientist, Eda Ertan, incorporates the mind and body connection with the integration of modern sciences into the yoga class; including Neuroscience, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences and Psychoacoustics! With Eda’s Crystal Harp & sound therapy instruments, your organs will enjoy a vibrational massage to support your self-care practice. We look forward to practicing with you!

No experience required | All are welcome | Yoga Mats & props will be provided
