Join Eda for a vinyasa flow yoga practise that increases flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle development. This yoga practice helps us work on our body, mind, and spirit to offer a holistic experience. Open to all levels and body types. Mats and equipment are provided.
