Anchor into the healer within.

Wednesdays from 5-6 pm offered both online and in person at the CNH Annex

The Power Flow is a paid class and students can expect to move and express with the patterns of cardio, strength, training, stretching, Pilates, yoga, and dance. Classes are open to all levels and students will be guided into the practice with interactive modifications and instant in-person/online cues to improve their alignment as we co-create these sessions together.

Taught by Eda Ertan, the Power Flow is anchored into music, breathe, and fluid movements, and centred in meridian yoga therapy, and vinyasa yoga with the focus on breathe, flow, movement, and holding poses in intelligent ways – all to activate the healer within. Students can expect to learn about intricate meridian lines and acupressure points to support themselves on and off the mat to reduce discomfort, pain, and blockages in their bodies.

About the Instructor

Eda is a vinyasa yoga instructor, meridian yoga therapist, and movement coach. She finds healing in movement and music. Her passion for holistic health, disease prevention, and health promotion led her to treating her headaches with alternative medicine, such as yoga, dance, acupuncture, and massage.

With an education in psychology and health sciences, Eda discovered the power of the mind and body, and had a desire to affect a deeper change by helping others heal as she was healing herself. She has been teaching yoga and mindful movement since 2019, and is constantly expanding and deepening her knowledge to enrich her classes.

Eda’s classes are energizing, empowering, connecting, and grounding with her natural sense of balance. She helps centre her students to the present moment so they can unpack, witness, and connect with their inner healer—while discovering and cultivating the strength and resilience within themselves.
