Mondays from 7:30-8:30 am
The Hour is a live 60-minute meditation, yoga, workout, and dance experience that guides you to strengthen the body and mind by allowing the movements to help release physical and emotional tensions. Students can expect guided instructions to do squats, as well as yoga movements, as they feel a carefully curated playlist to help them energize their whole being to have a good start to the week.

Instructor
Eda is a vinyasa yoga instructor, meridian yoga therapist, and movement coach. She finds healing in movement and music. Her passion for holistic health, disease prevention, and health promotion led her to treating her headaches with alternative medicine, such as yoga, dance, acupuncture, and massage.
With an education in psychology and health sciences, Eda discovered the power of the mind and body, and had a desire to affect a deeper change by helping others heal as she was healing herself. She has been teaching yoga and mindful movement since 2019, and is constantly expanding and deepening her knowledge to enrich her classes.
Eda’s classes are energizing, empowering, connecting, and grounding with her natural sense of balance. She helps centre her students to the present moment so they can unpack, witness, and connect with their inner healer—while discovering and cultivating the strength and resilience within themselves.
