Gentle Chair Yoga on Zoom (55+)
Thursdays, 2-3 pm
Enjoy safe, slow-moving exercises for increased joint range of motion, relaxation and improved stamina and muscular strength. Suitable for people with all forms of arthritis and various levels of ability.
- • Group sessions take place Thursdays from 2-3 pm
- • You can purchase a seniors pass for $41/12 sessions at front desk
- • Participants will receive the Zoom link 30 minutes before the start of the class
- • Registration for programs closes one hour before the start time
- • Participants who have a valid CNH Fitness Pass can sign up by calling the front desk at 604-435-0323 to reserve a spot
- • Community Support Workers are encouraged to join the session with senior clients with one pass
