This aerobic boxing class requires no experience in boxing techniques. Movements follow the music to get a fun, high-energy, simple cardio workout with an infusion of strength-building moves. Using simple boxing drills, you can choose your impact level to raise your heart rate and sweat it out. This class also includes intervals using weights to build strength. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome.
