After starting a family with his partner Monica, establishing a career in workplace health and safety as a work-disability consultant, and completing a Master of Health Administration (UBC), he has been hungry to re-establish community service as a cornerstone of a dynamic life (one that includes varied and vigorous exercise and singing second tenor with the Spirit Alive Chorale). Sam works full time with the BC Provincial Government and is a part-time sessional faculty member with the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences – he considers himself lucky that his work allows him to apply his core values of service, growth, efficiency, and sustainability.Puneet Mall - Honorary Director

When Puneet isn’t volunteering, she likes to spend her time staying healthy by going on hikes, spending hours in the gym, playing sports, cooking, and of course spending time with her loved ones.
