The Intercultural Development Stories of Collingwood Neighbourhood House

Established in 1985, by a group of local residents, the Collingwood Neighbourhood House has become a catalyst for bringing the diverse components of the neighbourhood together. Its mandate is to develop and coordinate services and build a sense of community. The Founding Members, Board President’s and Staff Director’s share their reflections on the development of the Collingwood Neighbourhood House over a 25 year period and describe the evolution of intercultural practices and approaches.
