Our new facility is ready. All programs started running in September!

CNH’s New Annex is now OPEN!

Collingwood Neighbourhood House (CNH) has opened a new facility on Vanness Ave. (between Boundary Road and Ormidale St.) bringing to our neighborhood a variety of new programs that started running this month! CNH will still operate at its main site on Joyce Street and will operate the Annex as an Arts and Culture hub.

The 10,250-square-foot space on the main floor of a new condominium tower includes:

• A 2,700-square-foot multipurpose space with a sprung floor (like in a gymnasium or dance studio). This room can be divided by a portable wall and has a sound system and some theatrical lighting. It could be used for dance or fitness classes, movie nights, theatrical or musical performances, art shows, receptions and more! It opens onto an outdoor patio.
• A 950-square-foot commercial-grade kitchen.
• A 700-square-foot multi-purpose arts room for classes or art drop-in for children, youth or adults.
• A children’s room suitable for child-minding or a pre-school. There is a small outdoor play area outside the room.
• Office space and a staff break room.
• Fifty-one parking spaces, some located directly under the annex and some under the adjacent tower.
